Create and apply email signatures

Description: These instructions will cover how to Create and apply email signatures to your emails. Please contact your direct manager, for the most recent brandings to be added to your signature. These instructions will be applicable to both 2016 office and 365 office apps.
Instructions:

Open Outlook

Click "New Email" in the top left hand corner

Click on "Signature" to expand the drop-down, then "Signatures..."

Click on "New" to create a new Email Signature

- Name your Signature
- Highlight the name of the Signature you would like to create/modify in the uppper box. Then enter your signature in the lower box.

- In the lower portion of this menu, you have the ability to choose how your signatures are being applied. Modify the drop box, to contain the name of your signature, to apply your new signature to; "New messages" and "Replies/forwards".

Click "OK" and you're done!
- If you would like to manually apply your signature to an email, open a new email, and click on the signature icon in the top menu, then on the signature you would like to apply.
