Issue description: How to set up a Dell 24 USB-C Hub Monitor to replace the current dell dock.
Outcome: The Dell Monitor allows additional USB slots, charging capabilities and provides Ethernet to the user's dell laptop while also extending an additional display.

Instructions:
Before you begin
- Note that you will no longer need a dell dock as the Dell monitor will now provide the same functions in an all-in-one experience as well as extend the display of your device.
1. Disconnect any dell dock if currently connected and have your dell laptop on and ready
2. Mount Monitor with stand or arms
3. Power the monitor using the power cable into the power connector and into the wall.
4. Connect the USB-C cord to the available port on the laptop and the other side in the USB-C slot into the Dell Monitor (port 7)

5. Connect the ethernet cord to the Dell Monitor and the other end to an available ethernet port.

6. To connect an additional monitor, ensure it is also plugged into power. A display port cord is used and inserted into the first dell monitor DisplayPort OUT (port 6) and into the display port IN (port 5) on the second monitor (usually any DisplayPort works for other monitors).
NOTE: The monitor connected to your laptop is the 'first' monitor.

7. Connect any additional peripherals (e.g. keyboard mouse dongle) into the USB slots

Dell monitor not turned on/displaying a picture
- Ensure the monitor is plugged into power and use the power button to turn on monitor located at the back
- Ensure the laptop is on and opened
- Ensure the first dell monitor is connected to DisplayPort OUT and into DisplayPort IN on the second monitor
