Outlook 2016 - Error on startup (updates required)
Issue description: Users of Outlook 2016 may receive an error message advising updates are required before using Outlook.

Warnings: Please only follow these instructions if you are experiencing the above error..
Instructions:
- On the above error message click OK.
- Restart the computer.
- Once logged back onto the computer select the Windows button (normally in the bottom left corner of the screen).
- Type SOFTWARE in the search field.

- SOFTWARE CENTER APP should display
- Open the SOFTWARE CENTER APP

- Click in the APPLICATIONS list and select the application named KB4011240 – Office2016-Patch

- Select INSTALL (it may also say “retry”).

- A pop up icon will appear on the Task bar. Click the pop up to show the update screen.

- Select CLICK HERE… on the bottom left corner of the pop up and select CONTINUE.
- The install progress bar will display on your screen

- REBOOT if prompted to do so and login as normal.

- Otherwise, CLOSE the Software Center and OPEN Outlook as soon as the install is completed.
Additional Information:
- If the application fails to run at 1st try selecting Retry (instead of "install").
- If the retry is successful, CLOSE the Software Center and OPEN Outlook.
- If the install fails, try the run the install one more time and if it fails a 2nd time please contact the Service Desk on 33243333.
